Caramel and peanut butter brownies

SERVES 16 | EASY | 45 MINUTES
Things you’ll need:

CAKE

1 x Box brownie mix + any extra ingredients the brownie mix calls for
150g Treat caramel, stirred until smooth
100g Crunchy peanut butter

Chocolate sauce, to serve

Step 1

Grease and line the base of a 20cm square brownie tin and preheat the oven to the temperature on the brownie mix box.

Step 2

Using your 4.5 Litre Capri Ultimate Stand Mixer, make the brownies according to the instructions and transfer to the prepared tin. Add dollops of the caramel and peanut butter to the top of the brownies and smooth slightly before baking in the preheated oven.

Step 3

Allow the brownies to cool slightly before slicing into 16 squares. Stack up to serve and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
