Grilled Stone Fruit with Honey & Thyme

MAKES 4 | EASY | 30 MINUTES

Things you’ll need:

4 Ripe nectarines or peaches
4 Ripe plums
Honey to drizzle

TO SERVE
Thick yoghurt, cream or ice cream
Fresh thyme leaves

Step 1

Heat the 2000 Watt Multi-grill and place the fruit cut side down on the griddle and cook until cooked through, approximately 6 minutes in total.

Step 2

Serve the thick yoghurt for breakfast with a dollop of yoghurt and garnish with thyme leaves, or as dessert with ice cream.
